To mark the new year 2019, the Co-op is developing a business plan. This will be our road map for the next 3 years or more, setting out a plan of action for how we can improve our services and the estate we all live on.

The Annual General Meeting was held on the 4th of October 2018 at the Oasis LRC Room, 75 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1. It was an opportunity for all residents to express their views and be informed about current issues on the estate, including the approval of our 2017/18 Audited Accounts. We also appointed a new Auditor to carry out our audit for the 2018/19 financial year.
The Wellington Mills Social Group are organising a trip to the Young Vic Theatre – Waterloo, to see the dazzling and colourful musical ‘Twelfth Night’ production. How about selling some of your unwanted items? This encourages re-use, and so will benefit the environment. For sellers, it'll be a way to recoup some of the money from items you no longer want. Buyers could also potentially pick up bargains. Please let the office know if this will be of interest to you. If it is a popular consensus, we will organize it as long as board members are in agreement.
