· 100 ballots were sent to leaseholders and 62 to tenants, a total of 162.
· A total of 106 votes or 65.43%, were received, with 99 residents voting YES and 7 residents voting NO.
93.4% VOTED YES
· Tenants: 35 tenants voted YES and 5 tenants voted NO.
87.5% VOTED YES.
· Leaseholders: 64 leaseholders voted YES and 2 leaseholders voted NO.
96.9% VOTED YES.
· 2 votes were classed as spoilt ballots and not counted.

Sadly our Residents Tea & Coffee mornings in the Large playground has ended , due to the change in weather. We look forward to more residents joining in when it starts again in April 2025.
It's a time for residents to get together, relax, and get to meet and know their neighbors.
Dates for 2025 will be posted on the Estate Notice Boards closer to the time.
