· 100 ballots were sent to leaseholders and 62 to tenants, a total of 162.
· A total of 106 votes or 65.43%, were received, with 99 residents voting YES and 7 residents voting NO.
93.4% VOTED YES
· Tenants: 35 tenants voted YES and 5 tenants voted NO.
87.5% VOTED YES.
· Leaseholders: 64 leaseholders voted YES and 2 leaseholders voted NO.
96.9% VOTED YES.
· 2 votes were classed as spoilt ballots and not counted.

With the change in the weather, our Residents Tea & Coffee mornings in the Large playground will start on Thursday, 30th April 2026 at 11:00am
We look forward to seeing more residents participating this year,
as its a time to get together, relax, meet and know our neighbors.
Don't forget, the first one for the 2026 is on Thursday, 30th April, and every Thursday at 11:00am, thereafter. Please look out for the dates on the Estate Notice Boards .
