This year's Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday 26th of September 2019. To be held at the Oasis LRC Room, 75 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1. It is an opportunity for all residents to express their views and be informed about current issues on the estate, including the approval of our 2018/19 Audited Accounts. All residents are invited.

How about selling some of your unwanted items? This encourages re-use, and so will benefit the environment. For sellers, it'll be a way to recoup some of the money from items you no longer want. Buyers could also potentially pick up bargains. Please let the office know if this will be of interest to you. If it is a popular consensus, we will organize it as long as board members are in agreement.
