You can report a repair to us in a number of ways;

• By letter, addressed to the Estate Director
• In person, by visiting the Estate Office
Lambeth Housing is responsible for all out-of-hours Emergency repairs. The telephone number to report an out-of-hours emergency is; 020 7926 6666
Heating & Hot Water Repairs
Lambeth Council is responsible for the maintenance of the communal heating system on the estate, as well as the lifts. You can report these faults to us or directly to the Lambeth Service Centre.
