Garages and Parking Bays

We manage 94 garages and 10 allocated parking spaces on the estate, which are available to residents only.  

Cost of renting a garage or allocated parking space  

• Garages cost:  
• £20.50 per week for Lambeth Council tenants 
• £24.00 per week for Lambeth Council leaseholders
• Allocated parking bays are £5.13 per week for all residents. 

• The weekly chargeable period starts on a Monday and ends on a Sunday.

Paying for your garage or allocated parking space

  The rent for your allocated garage or parking space is not included in your rent. You will need to set up payments for this service as well as the rent for your home.  The quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay the rent for your garage or allocated parking space is by Direct Debit.  

Conditions of renting a garage or allocated parking space

• To rent a garage or allocated parking space you must:  
• Have a clear rent or service charge account (no arrears) 
• Keep a car in your garage – we will not let garages for storage purposes 
• Show us up-to-date vehicle documents including vehicle registration, SORN if applicable, MOT and insurance 

Rents are for a minimum of six months, but can be reduced in exceptional circumstances. If you want to end the rent of your garage you must give us 28 days written notice.  For more information, please contact us.
